Connect the apps you already use
Most small businesses run on a handful of apps that were never set up to share information. A sale closes in one, and then someone copies the details into the project tool, the billing system and a spreadsheet.
Signs this is costing you
- The same customer details live in several apps, and they don't always match.
- Part of someone's job is moving information from one screen to another.
- A step gets missed whenever that person is out.
- You've asked whether two of your systems can talk to each other and been told "not really."
- Someone logs into a vendor portal or old system every day to check or copy something.
How we fix it
We start by watching how the work actually moves between people and apps. Then we connect the apps you already have, usually through the connections they already offer. When an app or vendor portal has no clean way in, we build a small piece of software that works through the screens and does the copying for you.
You keep the tools you have. The retyping stops, and so do the mismatched records it causes.
Example
A marketing agency had someone gather sales notes and call transcripts by hand every time a new client signed. We're building an assistant that pulls them into a kickoff summary. It's a prototype today.
