What we fix

Stop keying in invoices and bills

Supplier invoices and bills arrive as PDFs and email attachments. Someone opens each one, checks it against the order and types it into QuickBooks or whatever accounting system you use, line by line.

Signs this is costing you

  • Someone spends hours a week typing invoices into your accounting software.
  • Invoices get paid late, or twice, because they sat in an inbox.
  • Matching invoices to purchase orders happens by hand, if it happens at all.
  • Month-end close waits on a pile of paperwork.

How we fix it

We set up software that pulls invoices out of the inbox, reads the vendor, amounts, dates and line items, and checks them against your purchase orders. Clean ones go into your accounting system as drafts, ready for approval.

Anything that doesn't match gets flagged with the reason, so a person can sort it out before anything is paid.
